Accredited Staging Professionals

As life long friends we have been trained as ( ASP's) Accredited ASP's are true Professionals who have completed a rigorous training program that teaches concepts, principles, procedures, and techniques developed for over 30 years. We also adhere to a strict code of ethics.

 Once your house is Staged by and ASP, a Staged Home Certificate will be issued and your home will be registered as a Staged Home. This entitles your home to a special marketing program developed to promote those homes which have been designated as Staged Homes.

 When you put your home on the market and prepare your home For Sale, always hire an ASP .  During the week of Sept 15 - 19th 2007 The Boston Chapter International Association of Home Staging Professionals Regional Chapter selected as benefactors "The Second Step"which is based in Newton. The Second Step, a private non-profit agency, seeks to break the cycle of violence, one family at a time. They provide services to women and their children that enable them to remain free from abusive relationships and lead productive lives. The Second Step mission is to provide transitional housing and support services to women and their children who have successfully taken the first step away from domestic violence. They provide a broad range of services to empower these women to heal, to maintain independence, and to achieve economic self- sufficiency.

Our goal was to support the women and children by renewing their living space and giving them a comfortable an inviting space.

It was an awesome experience to be part of such a wonderful charity. To be part of a team who worked to transform two rooms. Above is the after picture of one of the living rooms.

This was all possible from the hard work of our team as well as the many donations from individuals & groups. I have the pleasure of working at Kelley & Rege Properties who contributed to our fundraising efforts. As well as many of my R.E. associates and friends.

Our Team at (BIRC) Boston Home Staging Professionals help to improve lives by thinking globally and acting locally.
